Our analysis includes a detailed report comparing your home to similar properties that have sold within the past year and those homes that would be active competition. We use those statistics (along with location and condition) to arrive at a proposed list price.
Your (location), neighborhood, school district and proximity to conveniences are important. While your location is permanent and not something you can change, it's helpful to recognize how buyers may perceive your spot in relation to their needs.

Upon listing your home:

- A new listing ad will appear in the Skogman section of the Sunday Cedar Rapids Gazette
- Listing will be posted to AnnLahr.com, IowaRealty.com and Realtor.com (Gold package)
- An email (including your homes features and photos) is sent to the CRAAR (800+ local Realtors)
- As a new listing, home will appear on our Home Buyer's Guide TV Program (Sunday mornings on KCRG)
- 50-100 Just Listed Cards mailed to your neighborhood
- A spot in our Home Buyer's Guide Insert (published twice a month as an insert in the Cedar Rapids Gazette)
